Easy exchange process and great jacket

First time ordering. Was easy, and the products are awesome!

I got this quickly which was great, I was putting off buying a jacket but I am so happy I got this. I love, I love it. , I needed a layer for fall but also something that would work for rain. It fits on the smaller side, which I don't hate as I find most jackets are ponchy on me but this makes me feel more put together. If you are looking to wear a sweatshirt underneath you will for sure need to size up. Not my first purchase from this brand and won't be my last. The fleece is still my all time favourite.

The coat is great, light, warm and I love the colour. However, it is made a bit small for the size. I ordered 2XL, and I usually wear between XL and 2XL, but the 2XL is tight-fitting. I thought I could wear a big sweatshirt underneath, easy, but it is tight. I am keeping it, though. Delivery was quick, thank you!

You should add what size the models in the photos are wearing to give a better sizing perspective.

I ordered this jacket for my son. The sleeves are too short and this company won’t allow me to return it, even for a credit. I will never shop here again!

Shipping and packing worked great. My issue was more on the communication with customer service and how the information about the fit was not accurate.

Firstly, great service from Northern Sun. They were responsive to my questions about size and the jacket arrived without hassle. The jacket is incredible value. I really like the colour. In terms of fit - the XL was the right choice over the L - there's enough mobility but I'm not swimming in it (6'1", 220lbs, 19" shoulders, 36" pant waist). If I could change something, I wish it had zipped underarms for ventilation.

Unfortunately, the zipper didn't work on the jacket I was sent. I reached out to the company and was told they would ship me a replacement jacket, but I haven't received any information about the shipment since then so I'm not sure whether I will actually ever receive a functional
