I ordered this jacket for my son. The sleeves are too short and this company won’t allow me to return it, even for a credit. I will never shop here again!

Shipping and packing worked great. My issue was more on the communication with customer service and how the information about the fit was not accurate.

Firstly, great service from Northern Sun. They were responsive to my questions about size and the jacket arrived without hassle. The jacket is incredible value. I really like the colour. In terms of fit - the XL was the right choice over the L - there's enough mobility but I'm not swimming in it (6'1", 220lbs, 19" shoulders, 36" pant waist). If I could change something, I wish it had zipped underarms for ventilation.

Unfortunately, the zipper didn't work on the jacket I was sent. I reached out to the company and was told they would ship me a replacement jacket, but I haven't received any information about the shipment since then so I'm not sure whether I will actually ever receive a functional

I love this parka. It is so warm and cozy, and yet I don’t overheat in it. I love in particular how it protects my legs from the cold because of its length. I have finally jumped on the whole “wearable sleeping bag” trend and couldn’t be happier.

Great quality jacket, light weight, warm and stylish. Be aware that the fit of the jacket seems to fit on the smaller side. Order up especially if you like to layer. I did have to exchange for a larger size which took a lot longer then expected to receive plus a twenty dollar shipping fee.

This jacket is very light and quite thin; just what I was looking for. Layers nicely under my rain coat. I am 5'10" tall and 160 lbs and the medium fits perfectly. Pockets and zippers appear to be well made. Happy with the purchase. Shipping was prompt.

Finally something combining simplicity, reliability and design. Looking forward to seeing for how many winters I will keep this. Work very well in cold conditions, good fitting (5'8" and small is perfect), good conception, no polyester = no static. Recommending this 100%

The quality is great, but I had to return my order. I love that Northern Sun is a West Coast/Canadian company, but the sizing of your products is all wrong. Everything is way too small. I wear other similar brands no problem, and your sizing is not aligned with other north american brands. I hope this gets fixed in the future.
