Website was easy to navigate and find what I was looking for quickly, Product was shipped timely and received it in plenty of time for Christmas.

I love what I ordered, however I never received an order confirmation email. Thinking it didn't go through, I reordered the same item, again not getting an email. I then received 2 of the same item. I had to go to the store to return it, and the price wasn't on the receipt so that was a hassle. Please send a confirmation email for orders with the price paid, and save the customer and staff a lot of trouble.

I received my Twisted X boots in a timely manner. They were packaged very well & the fit was true to size. I may be ordering from North 40 in the future. I was very pleased with service & product quality.
