The X24 bike and ifit courses are great. The bike resistance and inclination functions really make it feel like you are on the trail with the trainer. My only bad experience was with the company in my region (Ottawa Canada) who delivered the bike. I paid for the white glove service (they would deliver the bike in the room in my house and assemble it). They did deliver it to the room but they had never assembled an X24 bike. It was the first time they saw the instructions and were stumbling to figure out how to do it. I had to show them a YouTube video on how to do it and they follow those instructions with my help) I informed ifit and they did give me back a partial refund on the white glove cost I paid (that was good on there part) so no complaint on the customer service.

We received our treadmill on time and had a great delivery service! My old treadmill was boring and it was so hard to get on it because once I started I would just count down until my cardio was done. This treadmill and ifit app are amazing! I love the quiet of the treadmill and the trainers on the app, I now look forward to my cardio sessions!

Love it

i wish i couls have more incline

Helpful and fast responding.

Does the job just fine. Great menus and settings for the treadmill. The only minor issue I have is that it makes a strange humming/buzzing noise when asleep. I have to fully shut it down to get rid of it.

shippoing was quick and the installation team was very nice, quick and smooth

Really love my treadmill. It's very heavy duty and solid. I love the apps and have watched Netflix while walking on the treadmill. The incline is perfect for me and I find I'm walking at a steadier pace than I would outdoors. It's a great compliment to other outdoor activities.

Shipping was faster then I expected which was nice and the delivery was set up easy and in a good time window. This product did not disappoint I will order more equipment from norditrac this is my 3rd machine and always a good experience.

Shipping service was great. Coordinated with me and also assembled the equipment properly.

Easy to use website

I was expecting a much better quality of your products, very dissapointing

Great

I love it with ifit! I use it regularly. I tell everyone about it and recommend it to everyone! One of the best expensive purchases I have made. A must for anyone in any location. Here in MN for the frigid winters and 90 degree summers. Love love love it! I wish I could use it every day AM and PM. I would never get bored.

Great machine, great exercise!
