I was told to send my equipment I was trying to sale to their email. For a whole month I was waiting on a response and didn’t get one. I called and spoke with the manager who was a bit rude. He told me “if you didn’t get a response, that means we aren’t interested. ” I thought it would have been professional to email me back to let me know that but hey, common sense isn’t always common.
