Shipping and delivery was fast, and everything was included in the package. Nothing was missing, lost, or damaged. The instructions and videos were clear and easy to follow. The camera was set up in minutes, and worked great for one month. Then it quit, and nothing could be done to get it working again.

Ships from China which I wasn’t aware of, that’s ok but my order was wrong Got 4XB200 instead of 3XB200 + 1XB310 The cameras themselves are great quality, just can’t afford to wait for another order, disappointed about that
