Customer service helped me pick a size to buy online which I thought was quite helpful. Also kept me informed about how long making the dress was taking and when it would be shipped. Great communication. My dress is great and I’m looking forward to wearing it on my wedding day!

Service was disappointing. Emails addressed to me had my name spelt wrong twice in two different ways. My returns process was made difficult and I was blamed for marks on the dress when it was sent off in good condition. Will not be buying from here again

I went to the store in Sydney and try it, to make sure it fits well, then the medium size needed to be amended a bit, 4cm dress length. When I make the purchase, I received a friendly email asking me to send my measures, height, hollow to hem, wearing high heels, barefoot, etc and I did. I received my dress exactly how I wanted, fitting pretty well! Cant wait to wear it, thank you so much!
