My initial order arrived with a leaking bottle. Approximately 1/3 of the product had saturated the box. After sending a message requesting an adjustment for the lost product, I was contacted and my complete order was replaced at no charge. This is my first time using this product, but it is everything it advertises. I will continue to use this product .
