Actually you never sent this part of the order. The invoice has a handwritten note that says I will be refunded for that part of my order, which I never was …. . so yeah, one star for your shipping and billing departments. .

These biscuit cookies are perfect for me because they’re soft and easy to chew. I don’t have any teeth in my mouth on the top and I can’t use my dentures because they don’t fit right. I also like the texture and flavor of them. I was able to purchase them online and I’m glad because I couldn’t find them in the stores, no grocery store had them. Thank you for having them on line.

The shipping was quick. The communication was superb. The product is exceptional. Now, if only a free shipping option could be offered for purchases at a certain quantity level.
