Great store, I love shopping there for the holidays for my friends and family.

I would prefer sachets with granular in it versus powder like you used to do. I had a problem with the sachets sticking to my China hutch and in an end table. I did see your disclaimer but this limits where you can put the sachets if you must have them standing up versus laying in a drawer. Overall I really love the scent of Linen and Silver Spruce. Merry Memories is stronger but pleasant.

I also ordered 3 bottles of multi-surface cleaner. It seems that all 3 were missing a portion of the cleaner. I took the 3rd bottle and filled the other 2 so I could give them as gifts without them looking used. Very disappointed. I love your products and this scent, and will continue to buy other products from you, but this was not acceptable.
