The British Rose Body Yogurt feels nice on the skin and absorbs quickly. However, the fragrance did not feel the same as the British Rose hand cream, which I personally prefer. While it is a good product, my mom and I both loved the Avocado Body Yogurt more because of its scent and how nourishing it feels.

Customer service is always great. Just bring back the Birthday gift and maybe have loyalty points?

The staff in the store were helpful and courteous. The shower cream works great on dry skin and it has a subtle smell that makes you feel like you are at a spa.

Wished I had bought all these during boxing day : 'd have had 20 % off . . shipping service was not very great. . . there was a dishonest practice on the shipping company: claiming i got my parcel delivered and signing my name wrong while i didn't get it . . it was corrected and finally got my order shipped and delivered. . . maybe bodyshop should use a more honest delivery / shipping company (?)

So glad Body Shop is back. Superior products.
