The delivery was quick and was really happy to see plastic free packaging as that’s really important to me. Unfortunately I had a reaction to the ceramide overnight cream but the customer service team responded really quickly to my feedback and issued a refund within a couple of hours. Overall I’m happy with the service but the product sadly didn’t suit my skin.

Recently contacted customer support and was dealt with professionally and was happy with the outcome 😃
