I have contacted Nip + Fab by email. Four stars as I would like to actually speak to a customer services representative. This isn’t available in store either which is a shame.

The delivery was quick and was really happy to see plastic free packaging as that’s really important to me. Unfortunately I had a reaction to the ceramide overnight cream but the customer service team responded really quickly to my feedback and issued a refund within a couple of hours. Overall I’m happy with the service but the product sadly didn’t suit my skin.
