I am sure that when I bought these shoes they were NOT listed as final sale; it is completely unlike me to buy shoes online that are not returnable. However, when the order arrived it was marked as Final Sale, so now I am stuck with a store credit. I specifically asked customer service for some leniency; they did not offer mercy, so I am giving the company a bad review. The shoes themselves are pretty but wicked uncomfortable, so now I have to find something else. Horrible online experience. This is the second pair of these shoes I have purchased. I literally wore out the other pair. They are super comfortable and lasted a LONG time.
