I needed a way to destress about food choice for my work week and Fit-Flavors has been a lifesaver these last two weeks!

Love this place!

My toddler and I visited for the first time while searching for a whole ingredient smoothie place. Both of ours were delicious and the staff was friendly.

I am so glad Fit Flavors came to Fenton, MO. I love the meals. I would like if down the road the lunches could be scaled down a little. I just can’t eat a lot for lunch and then eat a big dinner. I have not had one meal that was not good!!

This salmon is tasty and the new veggies — creamed spinach and tomato halves make for a delicious combination!

Customer service is amazing and the meals I chose tasted great!

Food is great and easy to find what I'm able to eat with dietary needs.

Last week I went to the to pair location to ask the employee at what point ahead of time did I need to make an online order for it to be delivered. She gave me incorrect information. This forced me to make another trip back in to purchase it in the store. When I got home, I needed to freeze some of the items. I was surprised that there is no instruction on the packaging on how to heat it if it’s frozen or room, temperature, etc.

Love almost meal I try here. Miss the cheesecake and monster bars.

Jillian was kind, knowledgeable and super helpful in leading me to finding what I needed and wanted and she made me feel like I definitely want to come back to support this awesome place!

fit-flavors has changed my LIFE. Not only with connivence, but with the mindset of embracing the 80/20 lifestyle. I personally don't track macros anymore and I love that anything I eat at fit-flavors provides me balance and portion control.
