service from Nikka Zubon. However, when the pants arrived via UPS, we were informed that we owed an additional $40 tariff COD before UPS would release the merchandise to us. When I paid for the merchandise on the NZ website, it was not disclosed that I'd be paying a tariff upon receipt of the product. Needless to say, I was angry at the dishonesty of NZ for not disclosing this info up front. It is unethical not to state all product cost up front and to surprise customers with additional charges on the back side. For this reason, I will not be shopping at NZ again. BTW, UPS told me that many companies are now doing this. This is a great way to lose customers! BTW, the state of Oregon, where I live, has now made this practice illegal as of January 1, 2026.

Never received item even after messaging customer service several times. Very slow to respond (weeks of waiting) but they were nice. I won’t purchase anything from this store again. Also, I wouldn’t recommend anything shopping here if shipping to the US.

I think its a shame this site doesn't have any reviews, because it can turn some people away, so I'm here to say that this site is legit! I have ordered two things off this site and both have been fantastic purchases. I wear them often, they are quality products, and you won't be disappointed. Even if you have some reservations, they actually check and respond to messages! I sent one about sizing and they got back to me very quickly.
