Ordered conditioner package came and the product was all over the box. Tried to contact customer service three times with no response. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I have ordered these products many times and have always received my items on time and packaged securely, until my most recent order. The box looked fine on the outside, but once opened, I could see that there was no shredded paper inside to protect the items. The four bottles of product were loosely jostling around and had leaked out causing a sticky mess! I immediately emailed customer service and. . . . nothing, 3 days later, nothing! I am very disappointed 😞

Hi I have been a customer for several years and love the products I have gotten from you. I made 2 orders because I didn't wanna run out. 1 of them says " fulfilled " still hasn't arrived. The second one has no updates and also hasn't gotten here. The total of the 2 orders is 226. 92$. I am on a fixed income and that is allot of money for me. Please send me my orders or my money bank. Like I said I love your products but I expected more from you than this.

I have not received my order it shows it hasn't even shipped and I cannot get any response from customer service. I have order from here before and did not have a problem but now I cannot get any help. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!

I ordered in the website and the order status shows fulfilled however, there is not shipping information not have I received the product. I placed my order on May 11th. I’ve received one response two weeks after my order stating the product was on back order. When asked how long I should expect to wait, ghosted!! What is going on, this is the worst customer service I’ve ever received. I’ve tried to call their contact number and it’s disconnected.

I have been ordering products from here and have loved them. I just ordered some more products and I still haven’t received my order or any status update on my order. I placed my order on 5/31/25. I have emailed and dm and no response. Would like either my money back or to get my order I purchased. Very disappointed in the customer service and sad that this is happening. I recently purchased the shampoo, conditioner, leave in conditioner and the hair seems. To sum it up these products are the GOAT of hair care products. I mean they are drop the mic good. I’ve tried just about every haircare product on the market and these work the absolute best on my hair. As long as I have hair on my head I will be a customer!!!!

THAT'S WHAT I WONDERED... I RAN OUT OF MY HAIR SPRAY AND DECIDED TO GIVE IT A GO! GLAD I DID... IT HELD THE STYLE OF MY HAIR NICELY. I HAVE CURLY HAIR AND I COULD DEFINITELY SEE THE VOLUME. COOLER THAN THAT WAS THE NEXT DAY, MY HAIR SEEMED TO STILL HAVE VOLUME! REALLY LIKE THIS PRODUCT!

I love this product my hair feels so much better ever since I started using this shampoo and conditioner. I only needed the shampoo this time I still have a lot of container left over it’s worth the price. I ordered this 2 days ago I wasn’t expecting it so fast.

I'm only giving these 4 stars because I hate the pumps. They deliver a tiny amount so you have to pump a lot to get enough out. I wish they had caps like the Joico bottles. Plus, I'd imagine the caps are cheaper to produce than all the parts needed for the pumps. I LOVE then scent of this line (I think it's the more Brizee inspired scent). I've used the Leave-in Conditioner in both scents. The Core collection (Nicole inspired?) smelled horrible, to me. It definitely has a very strong Chanel #5 scent that lingered and I hated it. The Light (Brizee) the has a much, lighter and fresher scent to it. I love it! As far as the shampoo and conditioner goes, I really like them. They are lightly scented and the conditioner actually softens my hair. I can rinse and rinse and it still feels soft. Where as other paraben free conditioners I've used just seem to rinse right out and my hair is still scraggily feeling. Over all, I'll definitely be buying this line again, but I am VERY bummed that you can't buy the Volumizing line in the 33oz refillable bag, only the Core line (which I hate the scent of). Which to me, is a waste of resources and money. So Bella twins, if you read these reviews at all, I hope you take these tips into consideration! :-)

I started using the shampoo conditioner and leave-In conditioner during my pregnancy since I wanted something with natural ingredients. I haven’t stopped buying it since! It’s so light on my hair and leaves it so shiny. The volumizing scent is my favorite!

I bought this and used it for a month or two. My cousin was a Monat representative and wanted me to try it..I switched to Monat for almost 6 months.
