Parcel arrived with spare bulb destroyed as the packaging was insufficient. Replacement sent VERY quickly and arrived safely as definitely well protected. It was difficult to get through to complain - automated message which suggested leaving message but there was no facility to do that. I emailed and had a very quick call back when I mentioned the issues which may well be fixed by now. So the recovery was excellent.
