The online store and support
The online store and support experience was the worst I have ever experienced. I ordered 2 boxes of bars. Google pay populated an incorrect address. I immediately contacted support team and they refused to cancel or update my delivery address. I lost $60 and you lost a customer.

Good products, unless stale, terrible customer service.
I purchased several items at once. I love the products, however several cases that I ordered were stale and squished. The chocolate had turned white and the insides collapsed and were oozing out into the wrapper. I actually contacted the company, send pictures and an even a video, gave my order number, etc. and have never heard back. Now you are contacting me to order more. Honestly, I want to because your products are a great alternative to candy bars, but I am very disappointed by your customer service. You have a place on your website to give concerns about orders, but apparently don’t actually care. That is what bothers me.

The triple chocolate tastes like I’m eating a chocolate candy bar, but with real nutrition, & no sacrificing my diet!!! 5 star all the way!!!
