I have had great experiences with N&S over the years. I have an extensive collection of N&S earrings. Shipping times vary, but not bc of anything they do or don’t do. Sometimes items sit at their local post office for a couple days and other times I receive my orders in as little as 2 days. Customer service is very prompt to respond and extremely helpful on the rare occasions that I need them.
