Game changer, I am so glad I have discovered Nexba having only recently learned about benefits oh Combucha.

This review is soley based on the non-existent customer service, not the product which I usually purchase from Amazon but appeared cheaper on their website. I was sent the wrong item , 12 large bottles of the berry Kombucha instead of elderflower and lemon. Despite e-mailing Nexba twice, they did not respond . They also did not sent the order confirmation or an invoice, either by e-mail nor the product which I also requested POST purchased and they did not respond. They appear to be based in Australia, the item is sent from a a warehouse here (according to the postage label), so there is no phone call. Their website states they get back to you in 48hours, this is almost to 2weeks ! I requested a reurn or exchange. The website says can do this within 14days ( 100% satisfaction guaranteed)! Also, just checked, the large bottles expire Nov 2025, the cans expire July 2026. Therefore, out of principle, if they do not respond I'll make a claim from the bank. 1. There is a phone no. there, however it had options for companies but did not state Nexba then it was to leave a message ( with who?) as the name of the postage label was not amngst the options. 2. On a positive, they dispatced quicklyand well packaged, however as I did not get confirmation of the order I assumed payment was still pending until I got text from courier for delivery which happended to be the stuff. So best buy from a proper retailer who can deal with any issues. It cost about £30 , why should I spend £30 on the wrong order. Appended: 1. The Postage label showing where its come from. 2. I love Next Kombucha and buying it directly from Next is a trouble free experience, saving me money and hassle (as my local supermarkets don’t stock it!). The online store is easy to use and the boxes of bottles arrive very soon after order - usually the next day!

Excellent service, placed order for 2 boxes on 1st March. Shipped yesterday and received from courier this afternoon. Outstanding Nexba keep up the good work.

TL;DR Bought 4 items, received 3. Customer service claimed they refunded me at January 27, 2025. It’s been a month and I am still waiting to receive my refund. Nexba doesn't respond anymore. 

I followed up. Nexba asked to check with my bank. My bank asked for the refund payment ID. Nexba customer service does not reply anymore to provide their refund payment ID they claimed they paid. 

Unfortunately, it looks like Nexba doesn’t take responsibility for their mistakes.

Packaged well and delivered quickly. Obviously shipped carefully as had no exploding cans on opening! I really wanted the mixed pack to try other flavours as have already bought the mixed berry and the mango flavours in the past, but sadly they were out of stock. I will always buy these Nexba health drinks in the future as I am ditching the unhealthy well known chemical laden fizzy drinks that I believe were negatively affecting my health. This is a great find and excellent alternative!

Out of stock of my favourite products was very disappointing

Shipping is extremely quick. The product is the best on the market for keto diet and non sugar drinks but still sweet with erythrytol. Cheering for this company and really grateful for such a good product.
