I usually get good service from Pharmaca. The company has good products and great prices on most. The products are well wrapped.

A bottle of Sovereign Colloidal Silver that I ordered from Pharmaca arrived broken. I talked to customer service and after emailing them a picture of the broken bottle they sent me a replacement bottle immediately at no charge. They have since packaged the bottle much better so now my product arrives to me in perfect condition. I highly recommend Pharmaca. Their prices and customer service is unbeatable, in my humble opinion.

I've never received the product. Where is it, or where is my refund?

Where is my shipping confirmation for these two orders? I ordered them on September 15, 2022. It is October 6, 2022 and I have no shipping confirmation. I have also had to replace these items. I am still waiting. Also your company put these items on for sale at an additional 5% while I was waiting for this shipment. I think I should be given the additional 5% off each item for the trouble that I have been caused. I have been with Pharmica since you opened on College Avenue in Oakland California. Many years ago! I have used your pharmacy and all of your services that you offer in store. I think your company is great. I am very disappointed with what’s happening in shipping and why these products would be put on sale online from Pharmica if they could not deliver them. I’m having no other problems with anything else being shipped to me from anywhere else. Thank you very much for your time! I will still do business with you.
