I have been a Hawthorne customer for a few years. First with their deodorant, which is by far the best natural deodorant out there. I tried the shampoo and conditioner a few years ago and wasn't a huge fan of what was chosen for me. Also tried a few times different colognes as well. It's nice to see this company continue to evolve and grow. I decided to try the quiz again after two years and received two colognes. I love the soft sandalwood as well as the spicy and aromatic. Finally the colognes smell original, high quality, and are long lasting. Keep up the good work!

I've bought at least 10 of their fragrances. I just wish I could buy fragrances from them directly, without having to take the quiz repeatedly and changing the answers to get different results. I also wish they gave a clear fragrance note breakdown. I have so many Hawthorne scents that I love, yet I've got no clue what notes are in them.

The endless journey is endless no more. I have trenched high and low through peaks and valleys over mountains and rivers to arrive here to finally find the mecca of deodorants. It does not interfere with the cologne you wear. It smells great. It feels great. It lasts all day no matter what. It does not have harmful ingredients. Fast delivery. Sleek and classy packaging. Nothing else on the market can do all of these things let alone one or two of them. You guys have earned a customer for life.

The limited edition spring scent "Wild and Botanic" is absolutely amazing. It's dark and rich and sweet with perfect nuances of leathery-ness and smokiness. I can't get enough of it, and people who've smelled it love it too. Please make it one of the regular quiz result scents, I'm going to use my bottle up and want more!

I got your colognes on Wednesday. First off props for shipping over the weekend. Secondly, I am not a cologne guy, they're usually overpowering or just not scents that I enjoy. I got the cologne because several friends told me that it is an important thing in business and social situations. If I had gotten colognes like this prior to now, I'd have been wearing cologne the whole time. You guys definitely knocked it out the park. The Work lasts all day and works harder than I do. The Play is definitely lighter and warmer scent wise, but it lasts nearly as long as is just as enjoyable. I'm definitely going to keep using the product. Thank you.

This is a review for the recent limited edition spring release, "Wild and Botanic" by Rodrigo Flores-Roux. And I absolutely LOVE it. I have collected ten different fragrances from Hawthorne at this point, I'm definitely a fan. And this may just be my favorite yet. It's rich, dark, ambery. Not a fresh work scent, but definitely a warm and inviting scent for a night out. And it has good longevity and projection. I hope Hawthorne makes this part of their regular fragrance selection for the quiz results, or re-releases it at the end of the year. Because I'm definitely going to use up the bottle I have and will want more!

Hawthorne is legit. I often receive compliments on how I smell, whether it be from dates or friends. Fragrance lasts for hours and I've come to see Hawthorne as a solid investment since two bottles can last from 6 months to a year.

33 year old guy who has never taken skincare seriously and after a week of using the cleanser, under eye cream, and moisturizer the difference is shocking in the best of ways. 10/10 would recommend.

I’ve only just begun to use my Hawthorne haul so time will tell if all of their products work perfectly for me, however, my initial experience with Hawthorne thus far has been amazing. My much anticipated package was received days before it was projected to and the acclaimed cologne is just as good as promised. Not overhyped! I was disappointed to find the cap of my face lotion broken upon opening it and after consideration decided to contact Hawthorne on the matter as I couldn’t effectively store it cap side down as I needed to. I also thought their warehouse might want to know to look out for this in case it was a quality control issue. Hawthorne swiftly replied, apologizing and assuring me that this was not a reflection of their high standards for quality and user experience and that they’d be sending me a replacement. I had been expecting at best a credit to my account for future purchases so I was very much pleased with their intention to replace the damaged cap. I was happily surprised today when I received a Hawthorne package much heavier than I would’ve expected, only to discover that they sent me brand new, undamaged, replacement bottles of both my cleanser and face lotions. I emailed them my thanks for their above and beyond customer service and after thinking about it was compelled to write a review. I myself was hesitant initially to purchase from an online brand without getting to experience the products in person or smell the scents that had been matched with me and I understand if that is your concern as well. However, I hope you’ll find it reassuring that should you be dissatisfied or disappointed with your purchase Hawthorne will do their best to make it right. They took what might have been an otherwise slightly disappointing first impression of their company and turned the situation into an experience I want to tell my friends about as I recommend their products. I ordered just the cologne set, and man oh man this stuff smells amazing! My Work cologne is Fresh and Aquatic, and Play is Spicy and Aromatic. They both smell so good, I can’t decide which one I like best. If you’re on the fence about buying cologne that you haven’t smelled yet, just go for it. I was very hesitant initially, but once I got them, I wish I would have ordered a long time ago. They really hit it out of the park.

I quite recently ordered and started using some of the basic products (body wash, shampo, conditioner, deoderant, hand soap, hand cream, and body lotion). I am extremely pleased with these; not only will I be signing up for the subscription service when I next need, but I look forward to trying their other producsts as well. If I were to make a request, it would merely be for them to continue expanding their product line (in whatever way and at whatever pace allows them to maintain their current quality). Shaving and oral hygiene products leap immediately to mind, but I would be happy for Hawthorne to eventually own the entirety of my personal hygiene and self care regiment/supplies.

Both work and play are outstanding!! My wife and I both think they smell wonderful!!! I also like the shampoo!!! I just wish I could get a scented body wash, but I am apprehensive to take the quiz again in fear of losing my work and play scents for future order??

I am not much of a grooming type of guy. I decided to change my ways and try something new. I took the quiz and ordered. The product shipped the next day and the packaging was luxurious. I can tell the products are of high quality and I enjoy my showers even more. I highly recommended Hawthorne and that's a big endorsement coming from a quasi caveman.

Over a year ago I never used fragrance. My parents never used fragrance, I was never around people who used fragrance, it was just never something I was introduced to. But I did have an interest in personal care and hygiene. I'm in my 20s. So I was maybe the exact kind of person Hawthorne was hoping to reach. Saw their advertising on Facebook, took the quiz, gave it a shot, and...well, I own 9 different Hawthorne fragrances now. I think I might like it! I think Hawthorne's price point is right in the sweet spot, affordable but not to the point of being cheap. The best may be the one called "Sophisticated and Aromatic" by Rodrigo Flores-Roux. I hear it's supposedly inspired by a certain famous cologne that I've never smelled myself. In any case, it smells fantastic! Just recently I wore it when I went out to a poker night. The woman sitting next to me loved how I smelled so much, she said she wanted to get it as a Christmas gift for her boyfriend. I was happy to show her the website (and how to manipulate the quiz a bit) so she could order it herself. If you get Sophisticated and Aromatic as your quiz result, order it. It won't let you down! One thing I would like Hawthorne to do is open up their fragrance catalogue to browse and order without retaking the quiz. I think the quiz is actually quite helpful to fragrance newcomers like I was. But I've since moved past that point and started building a collection, and it's gotten a bit tiresome retaking the quiz and manipulating my answers to try to get different colognes to show up. As for the rest of the personal care products, I've really only used the deodorant, shampoo, body wash and bar soap. The deodorant is great, got me away from using aluminum based antiperspirants. The bar soap is nice, but it gets used up way too quickly to be worth the money. I definitely prefer the body wash, just a little bit lathers really nicely and it lasts me muuuuuch longer than the bar soap. And the shampoo is good. I like that the...

Great fragrance and really moisturizes your hair. I’ve tried many shampoo and conditioners and these are the best!
