Fast shipping and easy tracking

I did not pay careful attention to the description of this product when I ordered it. When it arrived and I found out it was raw materials - hard chunks of cocoa butter I started to return the product. I decided to read through the ND site on how others used this product. Because I also use other finished butters I decided to melt the cocoa butter as recommended and incorporate into one of the butters. The finished product is totally UNBELIEVABLY perfect. I will continue to use this product and others of course.

This time, I got my order very quickly. It was well packaged and everything arrived in good condition. The products are good quality, as I have come to expect from New Directions.
