What an awful way to run a business, charge $50 extra to get a band engraved - then not accept returns, exchanges, or any sort of service to alleviate sizing issues! I ordered an 11. 75 since i got fitted by a competing jewelry store, and Marke's 11. 75 barely even fits on my finger. Got the band engraved because I wanted personal touch, and now they won't do anything to help. Marke ought to be ashamed of themselves, horrible way to run a business. Make it right

I ordered a ring, needed to correct the engraving so I contacted support and they said it was changed. The shipper never received my package and i was given the wrong shipping info. Then when the ring arrived not only was the ring engraving not changed it was also the wrong finish!! After the numerous fumbles and extremely slow responses from their support, I can recommend this place in good faith to anyone.

The ring I got was great, it just didn’t fit. I’ve been trying to return it for over a week and can’t find anyone to help. Not a single email from their site, including support and return emails work. I have no idea how to even return the ring I purchased and there is no phone number online to call to speak to a human to sort it out.

Very cool concept with the try on boxes! I have been to a few jewelers and none of them really had samples that I could actually try on. Which was very nice, especially since I do not wear rings. The order go here quick and in sensible packaging. Website was good to use and the prices seem right.

I like the ease of trying on the rings without pressure from a sales person and traveling to various places. The only con for this kit was that I received a couple of rings that were size 8-9 when i requested 12-13 so I was bummed I couldnt try some of them on.
