The blankets arrived covered in debris and are coming apart at the seams. I contacted New Haven’s support and haven’t heard back. I’ve also called several branches and no one answers the phone. I would not recommend. If you see this New Haven, please contact so I can get a refund.

I ordered my product online and had them delivered to the house. when i had problems locating my package i called the local warehouse. they were friendly and eager to help. the online sales team was just as helpful when the package didn't show up on my porch on the date promised.
