Delivery was delayed and took a few days longer than expected.

I had to return the first jacket I ordered ( wrong size) . The procedure for returning the jacket was straightforward and within a few days I was notified the Jacket had been received by New Forest clothing and I received a credit for it shortly after. Similarly , I ordered a replacement jacket and it was delivered within a few days.

Great service with quick delivery,and helpful when I called on the phone. Easy to return items for exchange. Just how online shopping should be. 👍
