I'm very pleased with the Superblock US. So far, I've used it to power a cabinet, as a DI into my Bose LT Compact PA, and as a headphone amp. The sound is what I expected - a pretty convincing 1960s Fender kind of sound (I have a Quilter 101R that I'm also happy with). The reverb is very good. For reference, I normally use a Fender '63 Vibroverb Reissue or a custom-made Blackface Princeton-type amp for performance. I don't use distortion at all, and the Superblock still has pretty decent headroom. It's definitely the only DI I've ever tried that I liked. I'm using it to play solo fingerstyle jazz and arrangements of Scott Joplin rags on one of my Nash Telecasters. My main intent is to have it as a portable amp/DI/headphone amp for travel, and I think it will be great for that. I do wish the headphone amp was louder, but I'm using studio headphones that might not be very efficient. I also wouldn't mind if you made one with no master volume, though I know there wouldn't be as many of us in the market for that. Thanks for another excellent product!

Already needing di boxes for keyboards and acoustic guitars, this was a great option to keep stage volumes down. Using it for a passive electric bass and it does better in the full range setting. Power of the 48V through the main board.

In the world of solid state, lightweight, loud af amps, Quilter is certainly making a splash. This thing weighs barely anything. It's so loud I have it at 2 o'clock. Easy to use.

This little unit is well built and to my ears. Sounds very close to a tube driven reverb. As little as you want or as much as you want it gets the job done.

This 20lb. 100 watt powerhouse is the best amp I have ever owned. I play harmonica through it and have recorded 14 records and performed countless live gigs using it. It doesn't sound like a tube amp but has an unmatched tone for a solid state amp with capability of plugging 2 instruments/mic into it and the direct out to the P. A. on the back works fantastically. I ordered directly fro Quilter and received it promptly. Head was professionally packaged. I’ve used it a few times now with a few different cabinets and it work really well. So many onboard options to choose from while still being very user friendly and easy to operate. Love tho design featuring many controls on front panel. The headphone jack on the front is very convenient for quiet late night practice and experimenting. Very happy customer. I have an original BB800 and use it often as well. Well done Quilter !!
