Shipping on time every time

You need new customer service support people who do not call your customers liars! Never again.

Advent calendar was nice, given as a gift. However, they sent and charged me for two. I asked for a refund. I was told that I had to pay for shipping, which was pretty much the cost of the item. THey wouldn't respond in regards to a prepaid label.
