Ordered 4/5, received 4/12, noticed small rip in the seam and submitted warranty 4/15, confirmed tags were still attached 4/17, refund issued 4/17 - sorry for the details, but just wanted to describe how easy it was to work with NeoPro customer service to warranty the product and issue me a refund. Decent product for the price for the casual rider...will definitely still use it on shorter rides. NeoPro is breaking down the barriers to entry of this great sport - love it!!

Misleading Size recommendations. Knicks were fully one size smaller than measurements on size chart indicated.

NeoPro service has been very good. When I received a product with stitching errors leading to an unattached seam, they replaced the product right away.

W love the black jersey, it’s very flattering for a large bloke like me. Despite the obvious quality and attention to detail in the construction of the Bibs, I’m not finding the Bibs comfortable though, I feel that the Chamois is nice and thick but the size of it is far too small considering my bib size XXXL. Despite 3 washes the chamois seems to shift forward leaving my Bum exposed to the bare saddle or even worse I’m half exposed with a ridge in between. I can’t wear them for long so there use is limited to short sessions on the trainer.
