I ordered RPG 2.0 bump stops which I did not receive yet . But I'm really looking forward to getting them so I can install them with my new deaver leaf springs . I'd like to add a photo but I didn't get the bump stops yet . Patiently waiting.

Most of my order shipped fast. One item hadn't shipped so emailed them about it and received a reply back quickly. They were polite and answered all my questions.

Whoever I spoke to, was VERY responsive, even on WEEKENDS. You get a generic message on FB, but within a few hours you get a real response. Basically I ordered Eibach Pro-Lift for my 4Runner. Sold out everywhere and back ordered for months. Reached out to Neo, and they were the only ones with an earlier stock, so I took the chance and went that route. My set came earlier than expected and was shipped out earlier than the expected date. (I had ordered pre-mounted top hats) and the whole time, they were in contact with me the whole time to adjust to the height I wanted. Anyways... here’s the shitty part (0% Neo’s fault). I received all tracking numbers within hours and boom en route to me. UPS “LOST” a 70lbs lift kit. Thankfully Neo was SUPER responsive even on a Sunday and was ready to aide the situation. Thankfully we both dodged the headache of a lost package and it arrived. All intact. They even wanted to make sure everything was in good shape. No better customer service from a small shop I’ve had. I was super hesitant before buying but going forward, I have 0 hesitation.
