I was recently having troubles with my teeth. . I'm in menopause and that affects your teeth as well. So I decided to try this toothpaste. and it has done wonders for my teeth. they are no longer sensitive and I do not feel like my tooth will break if I eat anything hard like a popcorn kernel. My teeth feel strong like they did when I was younger. No more sensitivity to cold water when brushing. . no more bleeding gums, no more receding gums. I cannot recommend this toothpaste enough.

I had been using the mind toothpaste for a week and I am not sure I am getting the clean that was advertised. I am also not impressed with the bamboo scraper in terms of the cost. It is not worth $7
