I had ordered the small tiger shark tooth pendant (28mm) and loved the design, but it was too large for me. I wanted something more dainty- I got in touch with customer service and they remade the pendant in an 18mm size, which was perfect! Words can’t describe the absolutely awesome buying experience I had while ordering my Grand Slam fishing wedding band with blue enamel inset. I was devastated after having my wedding band come up missing last year. All while dealing with mounting medical issues. I explained what my ring looked like and how I would like my new ring. The owner, a former US Marine bent over backwards to accomodate my wishes. He even inscribed some words for my bride inside the ring, and put a Marine corps emblem inside the band. That was a very fine thought by a very skilled artisan. My wife and I are thrilled with our wedding band, and plan to order other jewelry to replace pieces that have aged some 40-50 years. The owner is a blessing to the jewelry community at large, and I can not recommend him enough. He is “da bomb”. So don’t hesitate for a second deciding if this business is what you’re looking for in a jeweler, because, you will not fine a more skilled artisan, and an awesome personality.
