Love the products, really think the packaging misses the mark. The Calendula SPF lotion comes in a pump, which is an inefficient delivery system. I have had to use other devices for 2 weeks to get the lotion that the pump can no longer reach out of my jar. It is really offensive to expect consumers to waste that much product and move on to a new bottle when the products are expensive.

I have been searching for the perfect cleanser for years and I finally found it! My sensitive dry skin is cleaned, hydrated and refreshed and using it is like a mini facial every day. I cannot recommend this product enough.

I do love the products and thank my esthetician, Rebecca, for turning me on to them several years ago. I do not use the Manuka honey products, as I am vegan, but can recommend everything else. I do wish they were less expensive, but I am very happy with my skin.

First time I’ve used Naturopathica products, I like that they are cruelty free and contain no animal ingredients. The honey cleanser is very gentle, the calendula face cream is wonderful and creamy!

Well the first thing is you have too many pop-ups for discounts off when you're trying to look at your products. Why do I have to give you my email to move forward in your website. You have way too many products. I would scale it down to your most effective sellers because the skin quiz is also not helping make decisions. Your ingredients need to be more out front and you need to talk about the smell of your products because that was the biggest issue for me I like everything except the smell. And I felt bad about sending everything back so on top of a bad experience that I get to also feel guilty about wasting everything my time your time the product having to send it back the whole thing was a complete waste of time if you just would have talked about the smell or gotten back to my email in a timely fashion. Or pulled the order until you could address my concerns. I just felt it was a failure after failure after failure and the worst part is is you have a good product it's just doesn't smell good.

Good products

I started using the Aloe Vera cleanser. And try the pumpkin peel. And the Antioxidant face mask. These products leave my skin beautiful. Having a beautiful glowing. For years, I try the best brands in cleansers, and no one leaved my skin like the Aloe Vera cleanser. The only thing, is that in my last order a few weeks ago, I did not received it and my tracking order says it was delivery. I still waiting for my order and what I need to received is the cleanser. I’ve been using manuka honey cleansing balm for a few years. It brings a soft balance of hydration and oil to my face. There’s no drying out from the cleanser and the moisturizing effect leaves my skin soft.

Non irritating to my skin & love the texture. The tea is v potent so FYI, so I now add more water @ don’t let it brew for long. The cream is rich & my skin drinks it immediately without any irritation! The mask.. wow.. v hydrating .. as per its label!

The products that I have used do what is stated. A spa experience when using. Just reading the descriptions of the products makes your mind and senses imagine the smell and the relaxation the products can bring to each person using. The site holds many possibilities for us.
