I use this product along side a teeth brushing and it keeps my clients breath fresh throughout their day at daycare unt they get picked up in the evening! Paired with an Enzymatic toothpaste to clean the teeth, it smells great and lasts a while, tho I wouldn't recommend to use it for cleaning the mouth on it's own.
