Natures Lab is great at customer service shipping and their products are exceptional

I tired so many multiples over the years, but the One Daily fits my metabolism and my budget best of all. Also, it uses Methylcobalamin vs Cyanocobalamin as the source for B12, Cyanocobalamin contains trace amounts of cyanide and is used in cheap vitamins. There are many ingredients in this Multi that you would have to purchase separately. I discovered it about a year ago and use it daily.
