Been a customer for almost 40 years. Have called the team a couple of times for advice and they've always been spot on. Love the easy open, recyclable packets, the dogs love the food, it comes out as easily as it goes in, if you catch my drift. Excellent customer service and clearly a firm which cares.

Needed to modify subscription order as regular treats out of stock. Could not do it via website but quick phone call and it was all sorted and food arrived very quickly after that. Excellent service and excellent products

Have had many deliveries. In the last one some of the packs had been damaged in transit. Despite the bends and squashes most were OK but two individual packs were not really suitable as the integrity was broken.

Sorry I can't give you photos as I am unable to but I wouldn't give my little dog anything else to eat other than something left over in the kitchen and of cause your natural food which is certainly much better than what came with him, He always sits behind me at breakfast and dinner time waiting for me to cut it up in his bowl and I have never had any problems with the food so please let it continue. Dpd shipping is a bit hit and miss, delays on the delivery day so your getting it a day or two after, make sure you set order before it's needed.
