Was a gift and my friend said that it felt so good. She would have liked some Velcro though to hold it closed in front and perhaps a softer material but it felt great to her.

We like it! The material is sturdy, the scent is nice and pepperminty, I like the one with the neck extension - it can be used on shoulders and neck or on your back. I was very pleased with the quality. I love these - I had one that was 10 years old, and they are still a good product. I just heat it up to 1 minute 25 seconds and it is nicely warm. We bought two. The shipping was prompt.

I love it! But I tagged Nature Creation as instructed to receive a free gift and did not receive anything. ☹️

I use to be able to purchase them in store at CVS in Pismo Beach, CA but now I can only find them online. Shipping has been fast from the company. I heat mine up every night unless it has been an exceptionally warm day/evening. Thanks for a great product!
