I gave four stars because I wish I had been told there would be duties and taxes to pay to receive my shipment. I would have been more prepared.

It has to be more than 20 years, you guys set up a kiosk in our mall in Erie, PA. Your salesman gave me the pitch and I bought one of the microwaveable (for heat) and freezer (for cold). We'll, it was one of the best things I ever bought for myself and I've been buying them from Nature's Creation ever since. I've given some as gifts and some I used so much the material actually split apart and the "guts" spilled out! I use one or more every single day and your product is the best!!
