Excellent! Truly.

Hi, I’ve been excited to try your product for the first time and have been tracking the package as it was being shipped. Once it said it was delivered I checked my porch and it wasn’t there. So I checked everywhere else and it was nowhere to be found. It’s pretty upsetting. My package was never actually delivered to my home. Maybe it was delivered to the wrong house by accident? Again, in the USPS tracking, it says it was delivered but I never actually got the package. I’ve filled out a form on the USPS site for the missing package but keep getting a “there was a problem, please try again later.” message. I also sent an email to you the day it was supposed to arrive but never heard back, I also sent an email last week and a direct message on Instagram, both with no reply back. I will gladly change my rating if I can actually try the product, but currently I feel like I just had my money taken from me and no one seems to care. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
