Customer service is great and shipping was fast.

I do like the Youth Serum however this bottle has zero consistency. It's like pure water, plus it's only available in a 0.5 oz size for the entire face. By contrast, the Neck Lift & Firm Serum comes in a 1 oz size and that's just for the neck.

Received my product in three days. Great company.
