I mix it with flaxseed oil for the Budwig protocol and find that it mixes very well. The test is in when I wash the mixer in plain water. It is squeaky clean! That means all the oil is perfectly assimilated, I think. Great product!

This is my first experience after having this site recommended by a friend. My purchase was as promised. I haven't used the collagen peptides for very long but I believe I am seeing some positive results already.

This product definitely works, but you have to give it some time to notice the difference. This product is not like a pre-workout stuff in which you feel the energy/strength right away. It is more like taking fish oil or ZMA, the more you are consistent with it you feel the difference.However, do not expect something crazy.
