I only order from the Natasha Denona site as they take such great care packaging up the items. Plus I have loved getting sample shadows with my orders. My orders always ship very quickly.

Always an easy ordering experience, I find what I'm looking for and checkout without any hassle. I prefer the ND site for all my Natasha products. Even ships faster than the big stores. As for every purchase, the quality is always great. Color story, performance, and longevity always spot on. And I've never received a damaged palette.

Great experience with the early access and the rewards system is second to none which shows that they care about the consumer experience! My only gripe is how long it can take to get orders shipped out, but I appreciate with new launches from a brand that is consistently excelling it can take longer.

My shopping experience has always been exciting and pleasant. Picking up the Natasha Denona products I have my eyes on, usually on sale, or using my rewards, is always satisfying to me. Natasha Denona's eyeshadow formula is definitely my favorite. It's always nice to try out a lip or cheek product, too.
