I used to use the Manuel traditional nasal and it was a mess. I was skeptical to use this in the beginning but due to weather changing I finally give this a try. It works really well in decongesting mucus and relieving sinus pressure. I would say though that if it’s your first time using it start on the lower setting first so you can get used to the saline water going in your nose and coming out the other nostril before increasing the setting
