Naomi has a knack for presenting complex information in an easily-digestible way while capturing the richness of the subject (cannabis has such a long history and connects to our endocannabinoid system in so many ways!). The session was well-organized and well-prepared. I feel better informed in understanding how cannabis works in the body, which makes me feel empowered to use cannabis more intentionally and medicinally. I plan on booking another consultation on terpenes/essential oils as well.
