I’m very happy with the Health Factory Nano Magnesium overall. It’s easy to take, and I’ve noticed an improvement in my energy and recovery. The taste is neutral and pleasant. One star off because it’s a bit pricey, but the quality makes it worth it. I’d definitely recommend it!

It’s very first time I tried nano magnesium and so far better then I’ve bought earlier, this one has no any awful sweetener, it’s really like a water and I feel at some point, that my body doesn’t starving for an extra dosage of that anymore ( after of using a 500ml bottle) it seems like the body has absorbed enough. So it’s really good stuff ! I’m now going to try Iton & Zinc

This iron liquid has been great! Gentle on the stomach, no weird aftertaste, and I noticed my energy improving within a couple of weeks. Highly recommend if you’re low on iron.
