Absolutely love the product features but we have recently had issues with the camera randomly disconnecting and that aspect is very frustrating. However, Nanit insights, the video and sound quality, and the ease of use are all amazing. I especially love how easy it is to move the camera back and forth between stands. Makes traveling so easy.

Service has been great! With a few questions and concerns, they took great care of us!

We have ours on a stand over the crib. Placing the stand/camera at either the foot or head of the bed results in a skewed view angle, which is why I'm taking away one star, as well as subpar video quality. Otherwise, I'm able to get the video feed directly on my phone with plenty of notifications for sounds and movements.

Fantastic service

I am pleased with how easy the setup was. I had been gifted another baby monitor of a different brand that was so complicated and ended up spending extra time with customer service. Then I switched to Nanit and it was SO easy to setup. The picture is clear on the camera. I love the option to move it around if we rearrange the nursery. Sound is great. Will be gifting friends the Nanit in the future.
