Delicious Fresh Dark Roast
Despite being robusta and dark roast it is suprisingly flavorful (beyond the usual hints of smokiness). Probably due to being freshly roasted and shipped to your home as opposed to sitting on a store shelf for weeks or months. This is probably bested used with French Press or espresso but pour over is still very tasty. Highly recommended for fans of darker roasts.

I tried out the coffee at a craft fair, and bought one bag of DaLat. I made the coffee for a luncheon and everyone was raving! So, guess what everyone is getting for Christmas?! I got gift packs of the 3 coffees and some for myself too! Can't wait to try the other roasts!

Coffee is great but I did not like the filter at all.
The coffee tastes delicious! But the filter didn’t work well for me. I followed the instructions exactly and many different times. Each time, it took a long time for the coffee to percolate, and by the time I had one cup full/ready to drink, the whole cup of coffee was cold. I often had to shake the filter to try to get the coffee to drip through because it would just fill up with water and sit that way for a long time. The metal also gets very hot so if you have to try to mess with it it will burn you unless your wearing heat protective gloves. Get the coffee by itself!

Excellent presentation and costumer care. The coffee is exquisite, when drinking feels like being in Saigon or Hanoi. Perfect.
