At first it looks very impressive, If you do not tighten the CO 2 Cartridge very tight you lose all the pressure. I was sent the wrong Allen wrench and lost two cartridges in the beginning.

I bought my 2nd Byrna from Joe at the Van Nuys store yesterday. I have an LE and now have a CL. I was so impressed with Joe. He has tremendous knowledge of these weapons and can answer all your questions. He is also a training instructor and offers a very reasonably priced training course. I'm a huge fan of anything Byrna and Nakestores has a lot of options to choose from. Whenever I need/want to make a purchase I always check with them first. They're prices are always competitive and often better than anywhere else. That being the case, I have placed several orders with Nakestores in the past and I will continue to do so in the future. There have been rare occasions when my order had an issue, life happens after all. I reiterate that this is rare, maybe once or twice over the past couple years.
