Easy to navigate and purchase through the app. As a tiered member for a while now and regular shopper, I am only rating a 4 star as its not very clear when you are using your discount that it's definitely loaded or if you loose that voucher code if you don't purchase that week you started shopping online. And, the freebies are the same old. I think it would be nice for regulars to receive something different from time to time or if we can only receive free samples if we can select each shop what free samples we would prefer. Overall, I love the products and always recommend to friends and family to push them onto the NH bandwagon with me. A very happy and loyal customer here!
