There was somehow a mix up when I went to pick this up from an order through the vita health website and I didn't notice until after I got home that it wasn't the right thing. I went back and tried to explain what happened. There was a bit of confusion, I guess the lady thought that I was trying to exchange it when it actually wasn't the one I originally bought. Once I was able to explain the situation though she got everything sorted very quickly. I have no complaints about how the problem was solved, that went really well overall. I am however a little upset that the product was wrong in the first place and likely won't be ordering for pickup any time soon.
