Every time I cash in my rewards, I get an error trying to use the coupon code. The first time that happened, customer service credited me, but this time, I've reached out twice to customer service and received no response. There appears to be no other way to reach them than via e-mail, so the only recourse I have is to file a claim with my credit card company.
